    Supercooler vacuum insulated hard coolers in the main consist of three parts: vacuum insulation panel hard cooler box + ice packs (PCM) + temperature display



    01 Cooler box: excellent thermal performance

    The thermal conductivity of most insulation materials is: EPS (40 mW) > XPS (35 mW) > EPP (30 mW) > PU (23 mW) > aerogel (5 mW) > VIP (2.0 mW)

    VIP thermal conductivity is only 1/10 or less of most insulation materials, in other words, VIPs have ten times the insulation performance of PU.

    For same insulation thickness, VIP cooler boxes have better insulation performance. And for same insulation performance, VIP cooler boxes are a lot thinner.


    02 Ice packs (PCM coolant): control temperature

    The key is the phase-change point and latent heat. Different PCM options for different temperature ranges: -15°C to -25°C, 2°C to 8°C, 15°C to 25°C
